"Handara" combines the Arabic words for engineering and management, and means re-engineering processes from the ground up. The firm was founded in Dubai in 2025, after years in audit convinced its founder that businesses need someone to rebuild their financial systems from the foundations, not just review their numbers.
We provide audit, accounting, tax, liquidation, expert reports and anti-money laundering compliance services to SMEs, free zone companies, law firms and foreign investors.

Ahmed Mahmoud Elsayed is the founder of Handara and a UAE Certified Auditor with 16 years of experience in audit and accounting. He specialises in restructuring companies to achieve professional, financial and regulatory compliance, and founded Handara in 2025 to give businesses more than a review of their numbers: a re-engineering of their financial processes from the ground up, with accuracy, transparency and clarity.
